This platform is not worth your time. There was a period when they couldn't process the funds from my bank, and my assets got frozen. I attempted to resolve it, but they impatiently sold my assets below market value. Now my account has been disabled for days, I can't withdraw my assets, and they won't clarify what's happening. No one in the chat is responding either. Horrible customer support.

Hi, there's a bug with the order book that I've been dealing with. Every time I log in multiple times, the order book just vanishes. The only way I can get it back is by restarting my phone several times a day, which is really inconvenient. Could this be fixed soon?

Steer clear of this platform. There was a time when they couldn't process funds from my bank, leading to my assets being frozen. When I sought resolution, they carelessly sold my assets below market value in a hasty manner. Now, my account has been disabled for days, preventing me from withdrawing funds and refusing to clarify the situation. Even the chat support is silent—truly abysmal customer service.
