A buddy told me about this app, and I ended up subscribing without meaning to. When I attempted to get a refund, it said I wasn't eligible and refused. This app basically took $165 from me!???? What a horrible app!
I saw a charge of $169.36 on my bank account from this app, but I've never used it and didn't even know it was on my phone. When I asked for a refund, they said no. I don't know how to use the app, and they just took my money. I'm on SSI and get one check a month, so this is a big loss. Total scam.
Paid membership here, but my portfolio vanished…twice in 5 years. The password retrieval captcha is terrible Save your cash!

If the prices were even remotely in line with reality, I’d be a regular customer. The tracking feature is great, but those inflated rates make me think twice—total business blunder on their part.

I liked Coinstats a lot generally, but I found a better app, so I uninstalled it from my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone. BUT… I’m still getting those left-sliding notifications in the Notification Center on my MacBook and can’t turn them off! I removed Coinstats via terminal on my MacBook (I went that far to fix it), deleted and restarted on my other devices too, yet nothing works. Any tips from Coinstats would be awesome. I’m not mad at Coinstats, just annoyed that uninstalling their app is so complicated. If I see help, I’d definitely adjust my rating.
