I'm trying to find my funds but it shows I have them, yet trading and withdrawing are blocked. Support is taking ages to respond, so I'm giving one star for now.

Zero stars if possible. My money has been on hold for more than a week, and they claim it's under manual review. When I request an update, they say they're waiting for someone else. Then they tell me to respond to an email that I never received about my claim status. Their chat support is useless. Also, the 1888 number on their site just redirects you to chat. Terrible experience!

This is hands down the most awful customer support and service I've ever encountered. My experience was beyond disappointing. I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this again in my lifetime. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Buying crypto is a breeze and the layout is user-friendly. Charges are reasonable too. Handles large transactions smoothly.

A great app gone downhill

This app was amazing before—clean layout, simple to use, and really intuitive. But after the latest update, the home page is packed with Twitter/X feeds and news stories. They take up about half the screen. What's worse, I can't find any option to remove this annoying, pushy, obviously profit-driven content. It only gets 2 stars because the core features still work, but all those social media and news posts need to be removed.
