Account Freeze & Unclear Closure Led to Frustration

Created an account, deposited 400, then withdrawals and deposits got frozen. After 8 days of reaching out to customer service, they just emailed me saying they were closing my account without any reason. I followed their email instructions to withdraw, but the first attempt was denied, and the second is still pending. The withdrawal page promised a 24-hour resolution, but we’re way past that now. Do not invest your money here—they’re scammers, no doubt.

App Scam Warning - Frozen Funds & No Explanation

Created an account, deposited 400, then my account got frozen for withdrawals and deposits. After 8 days of reaching out to customer service, they just emailed me saying they’re closing my account without any reason. Prop Firm Chart Indicators Disappear on Timeframe Changes

I’ve encountered an issue with the prop firm chart’s stability. When I add indicators to the chart and then switch to a different timeframe (higher or lower), all the indicators vanish, which disrupts my analysis flow.

The prop firm's charting feature is pretty flaky. If I add indicators and then switch to a different timeframe (higher or lower), all the indicators I marked up just disappear. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to analyze different timeframes and lose my work instantly.

App has bugs when placing spot orders

The Android app is glitchy—when I try to place spot orders, I keep seeing 'Error: invalid arguments'. I restarted my phone, but it still doesn't work. The web version on my desktop works perfectly, though. Fix the app quickly, because not being able to use spot orders on mobile is really frustrating.
