Your support is broken My account can't payout and no one from support replies to my messages or emails I have money in there…it's going to close soon I want my money … Return my funds you frauds and worthless app
Luno is completely fraudulent and I advise everyone to stay away. I have nearly 3 USDT that I'm unable to cash out, which is really frustrating. I got so mad that I deleted the app.
I just signed up for Luno, funded my account, but now I can't log in—even with the correct password, it keeps blocking me. Also, I can't find any customer support to help with this issue. Seems like real help is hard to come by...
This app is just awful! Their fees are sky-high, and the exchange rate is way too low. Newbies, be careful—this isn’t a good choice for investing or exchanging.
You guys are the best!
I’m loving this app—it’s so straightforward to get started and make transactions.
