Every time I try to open this app, it just shuts down and minimizes right away. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing fixes the issue.

I found opening an account really challenging. I provided all the necessary documents, but the validation never went through. Since I couldn’t use the app, I asked to delete all my data from the process. I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.
