ETH Transaction Delayed for Hours, No Response from Support

Bought ETH at 9 AM today, and now it's 4 PM. I reached out via email and called support, but got zero response for 3 hours. When they finally replied, they just said they'd speed it up without explaining why. I thanked them, but two hours later, I had to call back again. That's when I learned there's a tech problem and it might take 24 hours. No TXID was provided, and no timeline was given for when it would be fixed. Now, 6.5 hours later, nothing has changed. I switched to HodlMac and got my transaction done in 3 minutes. Please don't tell me to call support again in your reply—I already did.
