Got $33 in my TrashPay account to withdraw. Tried using the virtual debit card for Apple Cash—declined. Then tapped to pay with it—also declined. Now my account’s blocked! They made me send a selfie with my ID again, even though I already verified once. Should’ve checked the reviews first; the 1-star ones were right on. Bet they’ll ask me to contact support now, but nah—just give me my money back, jerks.

I submitted my verification to lift the account limit a week ago, but there’s been no word from your team. My account got restricted, and I can’t withdraw my money now. I’ve had this account for years, and it was fully verified all along. I used up my monthly withdrawal limit and now need to contact you urgently. Your customer support is terrible—bad reviews are right, they don’t help at all!

Account Locked Without Explanation

I just signed up last Saturday and tried cashing out from a casino app. Today, I made three transfers (each $50) to play again (not wanting to lose all at once). I had about $18 left after depositing $50. When I tried using the money in a game, my account got locked! It says ‘suspended’ and only shows a button to check transactions. Other people with similar issues (and more money at stake) say this is just an excuse to keep their funds. I don’t get why this happened—maybe because all my transactions were with the same company? A real business would send an email or text to verify or resolve it. The ‘Contact Us’ only has a chatbot that loops me back to the homepage, and ‘More Help’ just takes me to a live agent page. I can’t find a single way to talk to a real person. No one has reached out since registration or verification. This feels super scammy! I’m going to report them to the consumer protection group I saw online.

Two deposits disappeared with no trace—team brushed it off and claimed I had no account. Crooked behavior, way worse than other money apps out there.

If you try to transfer money from Skrill to your bank, they’ll lock your account. They say you need to verify to unlock it, but after you send the required photos, no one ever unfreezes it.
