试了个叫“Sofia”的AI应用，号称能对话，但所谓的真人交互全靠这个AI机器人撑着，结果根本用不了。它要么绕圈子，要么重复问同样的问题、给同样没用的信息。客服也不太行，我明确说做不到的事，他们还硬让我试，之后直接把工单标成“已解决”，也不给我反驳的机会。最气人的是，我等了好几天就换来这么个没用的回复。

Another app touting AI but delivering nothing, called “Sofia.” The only “real person” chat is through this faulty AI bot that loops nonstop—repeating questions or spitting out useless info. Customer support? Even worse. They suggested I do something I clearly said I can’t, then closed the ticket as “resolved” without letting me reply. And after waiting days, that’s all I got? Total waste of time.
