It was fine before, but now it's terrible. After logging in and updating the app, I can't find any of my cryptocurrency. No balances show up, the predictions menu won't open since it says my account isn't configured for it. There's no transaction history at all. It's as if my account only has my name and nothing else. So what do I do now? I simply can't reach my funds? This feels like robbery to me.
I remember when this app was actually useful, but not anymore. After logging in and updating as required, I re-entered and all my crypto is gone—no balances visible. I can't even access the predictions menu since it claims my account isn't configured for it, and there's zero history. It's like my account exists in name only. What do I do now? I'm locked out of my funds? This feels like outright theft to me.
