This app is so badly designed, I think I could create a better cryptocurrency app myself. Why do I have to reach out to customer service just to withdraw my own funds? It's absolutely awful, and I regret ever putting money into it.
It's impossible to get a real person here. Everything is run by AI bots that can't solve anything complicated. These robots are useless and made my problem worse. Really frustrating and disappointing.
This is absolutely the poorest crypto trading site I've used. Every operation comes with exorbitant charges, transferring assets is slow, and customer service is awful—you can only reach them by email, it takes about a week to get a response, and they don't really assist. When I attempted to shift my coins to a superior platform, they made me cash out them without any justification.
After the most recent update, the app won't start on my iPhone. It keeps crashing. Apple shouldn't have approved this. That's crazy.
The support team is completely useless. Absolutely horrible.
Generally I don't leave feedback, but this needs to be shared. I've reached out multiple times about my credit card, and it seems like they're not willing to assist. I provide all the details, yet they respond asking for the same info again, completely missing my point. They request screenshots, but my problem is that whenever I tap on my digital credit card, it logs me out instantly, so I can't view my card details or take a screenshot. This has persisted for over a month with countless updates. Also, withdrawing crypto is a nightmare—most attempts fail for no clear reason. The only positive is their crypto cashback rewards, which is why I'm giving one star.
My Gemini credit card got locked out, and I always pay on time and keep things in good shape. There's no help available to sort this out. Gemini says my account isn't in good standing, but I don't get why (maybe they don't like customers who aren't problematic?). This is super annoying and there's no support at all. They haven't tried to fix it or given any updates yet.
After being compelled to update the iPhone app, upon selecting to launch it, it immediately crashes and refuses to open, happening repeatedly. I've relied on this app for an extended period and feel somewhat let down. Moreover, there appear to be more updates this year compared to my entire usage history (over 3 years). I trust this isn't indicative of future trends. I've witnessed such patterns previously.
For several weeks, I've been attempting to transfer funds to my bank account, but it's not working and prompts me to reach out to support. I've emailed multiple times without any reply. This app is a scam. They're stealing from us!
The app lacks a chat feature, making verification tough and the layout unclear. It's not easy to get help for questions or worries. Dealing with cryptocurrency is already challenging, and this app leaves you feeling alone in it.
