It’s been 11 days now since I tried to withdraw my Bitcoin to my external wallet, and I’m still in the dark about what’s happening. I submitted all the required details ages ago, but not a peep from your team. This app has been the most disappointing crypto platform I’ve ever used—you shouldn’t have let my purchase go through if you couldn’t handle the withdrawals properly. I need my Bitcoin back, and I need it now. My money’s got important plans, so please fix this as soon as possible. This kind of support is unacceptable for paying customers.
