Alert!!! This banking app is the absolute worst. They will freeze your funds and ignore your messages. To protect your sanity and finances, avoid this app. There is no phone support, and posting on social media gets you nowhere.
I've been having issues with the latest version of the app crashing on my iOS 16.7.16 device. It's really frustrating, so I hope this gets fixed soon.
After depositing 200 EUR, my account got locked in seconds. When I contacted support, all I got was robotic replies—no real help. Weeks passed with no refund, and the experience is terrible. It feels like a rip-off. Update: Not a single follow-up in weeks. I posted on the kraken support subreddit, but my post vanished right away by the mod. Then they DMed me saying my case was escalated. But I never got any email updates—checked my inbox daily, even spam, and nothing. For weeks, no messages from Kraken. When I comment on Reddit about my issue, bots spam 'Kraken is great!' and my posts get buried. Kraken is trying to muzzle real users by deleting posts and spamming bots. It's so unpleasant. I'm not getting anywhere. This is a joke.
Excellent experience overall.
Using Krak has made handling my crypto and transferring funds pretty smooth, no headaches involved. The layout is clean and checking my transaction history is a breeze. It's got a fresh, useful vibe, perfect if you just want crypto tools without a messy setup.
I really like this app. It links directly with your Kraken Pro account. You can shift things about and utilize margin. Just explore it. It's an excellent app.
Krak card makes real-life payments a breeze—no more fumbling with cash or cards! Super simple to use.
This app has been a game-changer for me. It lets me securely keep my XRP and choose when to convert it, which is exactly what I wanted.
Аккаунт находится на модерации, тикеты на созданные не отвечают, служба поддержки молчит. Функцию звонка в приложении на поддержку отключили. Деньги на счете заблокированы в депозите.
Among all the apps I’ve used, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest.
