I've been having issues with the latest version of the app crashing on my iOS 16.7.16 device. It's really frustrating, so I hope this gets fixed soon.

Disgraceful Support & Unfair Fund Lock

After depositing 200 EUR, my account got locked in seconds. When I contacted support, all I got was robotic replies—no real help. Weeks passed with no refund, and the experience is terrible. It feels like a rip-off. Update: Not a single follow-up in weeks. I posted on the kraken support subreddit, but my post vanished right away by the mod. Then they DMed me saying my case was escalated. But I never got any email updates—checked my inbox daily, even spam, and nothing. For weeks, no messages from Kraken. When I comment on Reddit about my issue, bots spam 'Kraken is great!' and my posts get buried. Kraken is trying to muzzle real users by deleting posts and spamming bots. It's so unpleasant. I'm not getting anywhere. This is a joke.

I can't trust this app now. After I deposited £300, my account was locked with no explanation. I messaged customer support, but all I got were robotic replies. They didn't tell me why my account is locked or what's going on with my money. Stay away from this app!
