Sell order failed to execute on leveraged position

I’m afraid that’s right—attempts to close a 10x long position via the sell button did absolutely nothing. The app displayed ‘completed’ but my balance remained unchanged, no matter how many times I tried. When I reached out to the AI support, it first brushed me off with ‘low liquidity’ excuses before finally admitting the issue stemmed from the operating system and advising against further use. I’ve got screenshots documenting every failed attempt and the entire interaction. Even before opening a ticket, my account restrictions made it impossible to withdraw assets. The AI’s automated response sequence must’ve triggered this restrictive behavior, which only lifted after multiple attempts. I can’t stress enough how untrustworthy a platform is when it fails to execute critical trades, especially with 10k+ leveraged positions that involve life-changing sums. The app looks polished and shiny, but functionality-wise, it’s a disaster. Save yourself the trouble—if you’re still using Kraken after reading this, you’ve been warned.
